Hey everyone, hope this finds you all doing well! My name is Jesse and I’ll be one of the leaders for our upcoming trip to Peru. I just wanted to take a minute to tell you a little about myself and how excited I am to be a part of this experience. I am currently living in Valdosta, Ga. I spend most of my time working with youth, playing whatever kind of sport I can find, reading, hiking, camping and hanging out with Jesus (cause He’s my favorite!). Before I moved to Georgia, I spent a year and a half doing ministry in West Virginia and Minnesota. I’ve led two trips with AIM so far, both of which were to Swaziland Africa. I love experiencing different cultures and seeing that God is not just the God of America, but the God of all creation and He is moving powerfully in the lives of people all around the world. I’ve been a follower of Jesus for about 8 years and there is absolutely nothing else I would want to do with this life that He has given me! He captured my heart with a love that is so great, that it has radically changed me forever! It is such an absolute priveledge to be a part of God’s plan to carry the Good News of His grace to every nation! I am looking forward to meeting each of you, learning from you, seeing the Lord Jesus work in you and through you and just doing life with you. I will be praying for each of you, that God will be preparing your hearts and minds for this amazing adventure that is to come! Also, I will be getting in touch with you all soon to touch base and address any questions you might have.
